Please refer to our international size guide conversion to help select your correct size. Our garments are designed with different silhouettes in mind, we suggest you refer to the individual product measurements provided. If you were between sizes, we suggest you head down to any of S.H.E. stores to try or purchase.

Not all items are shown on sheboutiques.com.sg. Product assortment and availability may vary In-store and online. Please contact any S.H.E. stores if you would like to find a particular item. We are currently working on making all our products available for purchase online.
Individual wash care details can be found on the inner label of your garments for easy reference. You may also refer to the product’s detail page for specific wash and care instructions.
ACCOUNT
An S.H.E. account will allow you to save your shipping and billing information for faster checkout. You can create your wishlist, track your orders and view your order history.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel any items in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address.
A gentle note we are not liable for missing packages if order details have been keyed in wrongly.
PAYMENT
We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa payment via Stripe – a secured payment gateway.
We also accept PayNow. For PayNow, please screenshot your order number and the successful transfer to +65 9247-6908.
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
The CVC/CVV for Mastercard and Visa are located on the back of the card and is a 3-digit code.
The CVC/CVV for American Express is located on the front of the card and is a 4-digit code.
SHIPPING
Local standard delivery within 5 business days upon successful payment. Please note that delivery time may take longer during the holiday season.
Standard local delivery charge – $10.00. Enjoy free shipping with minimum spend of $250.00 on all local orders.
Currently, we do not ship worldwide. We will update once it is available.
Self-collect in store – International Plaza and Marina Bay Link Mall. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is ready for collection at your selected store within 2 business days.
● To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
- Confirmation email/SMS
- Payment card used for the order
● If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf:
- Confirmation email/SMS
- Your authorisation email/SMS indicating name and contact of the person collecting on your behalf prior to collection.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email/SMS to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel, so you can follow its progress.
EXCHANGES
We provide a one-time exchange for Online Purchase within 14 days of purchase for regular-priced items with original receipt or proof of purchase. Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered in its original condition and with their tags attached, intact and unaltered. You must take reasonable care of the items if you wish to exchange them. S.H.E. reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item did not meet the exchange policy requirements.
Exchange can be made at any S.H.E. stores. Exchange items have to be equal value or higher, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Purchase of sale items, shoes and gift cards are final and cannot be returned, exchanged and refunded.
We apologize if you had received a defective/incorrect item. Please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not use the defective/incorrect item, or we may not be able to provide an exchange.
RETURNS
In the event that you need to return your online purchase, you can return the items to any S.H.E. stores.
